BRITISH SUPERBIKES
The British Superbike Championship (BSB), currently known for sponsorship reasons as the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship, is the leading road racing superbike championship in the United Kingdom, and is widely acknowledged as the premier domestic superbike racing series in the world. The championship is managed and organised by MotorSport Vision, who also own many of the circuits the series meets at. The Series and Race Director is Stuart Higgs, with event marshals provided by the Racesafe Marshals Association.

The sport of Speedway in the United Kingdom has changed little since the first meetings in the 1920s. It has three domestic leagues, its own Speedway Grand Prix and an annual entry into the Speedway World Cup. The Speedway Control Bureau (SCB), in conjunction with the British Speedway Promoters’ Association (BSPA), part of the Auto-Cycle Union who oversee all forms of track racing, govern the domestic leagues in the United Kingdom. International events are directly governed by the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM).

The Maxxis British Motocross Championship is the main UK off road competition for lightweight motorcycles with specialist frames and suspension. The British Motocross Championship competition is organised into classes of MX1 and MX2. MX1 is for 251cc to 450cc (fourstroke) and MX2 for 175cc to 250cc fourstroke motorcycles. In 2007 an additional youth class, the MXY2 class, was added to the programme at selected rounds.
THUNDERSPORT GB
Thundersport GB was founded in 2007 and is one of the UK’s fastest growing motorcycle racing clubs. A plethora of different classes provide variety for both the fans and the riders. Quantity as well as quality are both evident with large grids and a busy schedule. The GP3 Juniors and Superteens categories have a reputation of nurturing the next talented Superbike and MotoGP riders, with each of the events televised on Motors TV.
COOL FAB RACING
Cool FAB Racing is about helping young riders get from the grassroots level to the Grand Prix. Juniors can start racing in the Cool Fab Racing British Championships from as young as 6 in the Minimoto 4.2 class. By the age of 10, it is possible for riders to have come through the Minimoto and MiniGP50 classes to race in the MiniGP70 series, which is, in all but size, a full race bike. Cool FAB Racing is the official junior ladder of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championships.

The historic common name ‘Bemsee’ derives from a contraction of the letters BMCRC, and is the name by which the British Motorcycle Racing Club is known and often referred to amongst its riders and supporters.
AMCA
The Amateur Motor Cycle Association (AMCA) is one of the oldest off-road motorcycle governing bodies in the world. Established in 1932 in the West Midlands it has played a key role in the growth and promotion of the sport in this country. Today it has over 200 affiliated clubs that cover most of the United Kingdom with approximately half of these motocross specific and the remainder split across several other off-road sporting ‘codes’ including trials (modern & classic), scrambles, supermoto, enduro, moto-duro and beach racing. AMCA caters for riders of all ages and abilities from a 9 year old just starting out to those still competing in the modern and classic versions of the sport who are well into their seventies (there’s more than you might imagine)!

British MiniBikes has grown into one of Britain’s biggest championships for racing all forms of Minibikes on tarmac surfaces, boasting over 200 registered riders. In just a couple of years the club has grown from an average of 65 entries per meeting to 225! The series is run by riders for riders and the organisers believe the riders themselves should have a big say in how their championship should be run. Riders input is not only welcomed but positively invited.
EAST MIDLANDS RACING ASSOCIATION
EMRA (East Midland Racing Association) are an East Midlands based motor cycle road race club. Covering awide range of classifications including 125, classics, Superstocks, super sports, mini and super-twins, and more. The championship races solely at the Mallory Park circuit in Kirkby Mallory, Leicestershire over ten weekends each year.
AUTO 66 CLUB
The Auto 66 Club is based in Scarborough, situated on the East Coast of Yorkshire, England. Our annual programme consists of motorcycle Road Race meetings, Speed Hill Climbs for both motorcycle and car competitors and Sprint events. Our main circuits are Cadwell Park, Lincolnshire and the famous Oliver’s Mount Road Race circuit at Scarborough. As from 2017 the Auto 66 Club will also be holding a club round at the Jurby circuit, Isle of Man. The Auto 66 Club was formed in June 1966, hence the name. A group of enthusiasts keen to see Cars and Motorcycles being catered for under the same roof formed the club. In the first couple of years the main events were small car rallies, treasure hunts and vintage events for cars and motorcycles.
NORASPORT SUPERMOTO CHAMPIONSHIPS
Supermoto is best described as a mixture of Motocross and road racing. The races take place on a specialist circuit that consists of both a tarmac section and also a dirt section, the dirt section makes up around a quarter of the track and features obstacles such as bermed corners (a corner that has a banked outer edge that runs the entire length of it) and jumps. The speeds in Supermoto may be lower than traditional motorcycle racing, but don’t let that put you off as far more emphasis is placed on the skill of the riders, often leading to much closer and far more dramatic racing. The championship is supported by the British Superlite Championship, half car-half bike with the two classes, 600 and 900 Superlite, producing staggering 0-60 times of 3.2 and 2.9 seconds respectively.
ARENACROSS UK
Arenacross is the crazy indoor off-spring of motocross racing first conceived in America in the 1970s. The sport takes the most spectacular elements of outdoor racing, boils them down into a concentrated cocktail and then shoehorns them into arenas onto purpose-built dirt tracks. Racing is short, sharp and shockingly spectacular with huge triple jumps, killer mogul sections and fast, banked corners all designed to provide a high-octane sensory feast.
CLASSIC RACING MOTORCYCLE CLUB
The Classic Racing Motorcycle Club (also known as CRMC) is one of the largest and most respected racing motorycle club dedicated to the preservation and use of postwar racing and sports machines. Close racing, full grids and friendly race paddocks at the best racing circuits throughout the UK – CRMC race weekends offer riders, officials and spectators a memorable taste of racing from the past. Dedicated to the preservation and use of postwar racing and sports machines, the CRMC is the largest racing club in Europe – just go along and join the fun.
BEACHCROSS UK
‘Beachcross’ is where a track/course is designed made on a beach incorporating jumps, hollows and undulations twisting up and down the beach.
The British Beachcross Championships are organised by the QRA UK and includes the QRA MCF British Beach Cross (BXUK) and there are competitions for both bikes and quads.
SCOTTISH MOTORCYCLE RACING CLUB
The Scottish Motorcycle Racing Club competes at Knockhill, Fife and at East Fortune, Ingliston, and caters for racers in classes including Superbike, Super Cup, Superstock 600, Lightweights and Sidecars. The club runs its activities alongside the Melville Motor Club Scotland, and the North East Motorcycle Racing Club.
DARLEY MOOR MOTOR CYCLE ROAD RACING CLUB
The Darley Moor circuit near Ashbourne, Derbyshire is now primarily used for motorcycle races and track days, run by Darley Moor Motor Cycle Road Race Club (D.M.M.R.R.C.) where racing takes place for club riders and novices over 7 meetings during the season.

Formed in 1903, the ACU has a long tradition in the world of motorcycle sport being a founder member of the World Governing Body, the Federation Internationale Motocyclisme (FIM).
